Structure and working principle of spring vibration hammer
The spring vibrating hammer uses the motor to drive the two sets of eccentric blocks to rotate in opposite directions, so that the lateral centrifugal force generated by them cancels each other, and the vertical centrifugal force is added. Due to the fast speed of the eccentric shaft, so that system generates vertical up and down vibrations to achieve the purpose of sinking piles.
The structure of the spring vibratory hammer is mainly composed of three parts: a vibration absorber, a vibrator and an electrical device. The vibrator is mainly composed of a motor, a box, an eccentric block, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a gear and other parts. The power is transmitted by the motor to the main and driven shafts which are meshed with each other by a pair of cylindrical gears through a triangle belt. It is equipped with 4 eccentric blocks.
Spring vibratory hammer is a kind of inertial vibration machinery, which belongs to the plane biaxial vibration exciter in vibration utilization machinery. The spring vibratory hammer uses mechanical vibration to reduce the friction between the pile and the soil, and relies on its own weight or applied pressure to achieve the purpose of sinking the pile.
The spring vibratory hammer has the characteristics of strong pouring force, good pile sinking quality, sturdiness and durability, few failures, easy operation, strong power adaptability and low noise.
